What is the difference between a Teacher and Mentor?

A Teacher primarily drives structured content delivery and learning outcomes, while a Mentor primarily supports personal growth, career readiness, and decision-making. You can choose the role that best fits your strengths, and your selected role is shown on your public RN Mastery profile.

How the application works

  1. 1. Submit your role choice (Teacher or Mentor) with profile links.
  2. 2. Share a README-style proposal and a sample YouTube lecture.
  3. 3. Admin reviews your application and decides approval status.
  4. 4. If approved, your public profile is showcased on RN Mastery.

Current phase is recognition-first. There is no payment flow yet. Approved educators gain visibility through public RN Mastery profiles with their YouTube and professional links.
